Mr Gray commenced his career in primary schools. He’s taught in three primary schools, teaching all subjects and age groups across the primary age range as well as holding several leadership and advisory positions. He joined St. Francis’ in September 2023 as Deputy Head of the Prep Department. He is currently Acting Head of the Department.
It is a joy to be Acting Head of the Prep department at St. Francis’ College. This is such a special place where the relationships between staff and children are key.
With small class sizes and a range of extra-curricular opportunities, staff get to know all the children well and we aim to provide a well-rounded curriculum to suit all learners. We believe that in order to achieve academic success, the wellbeing of every child is of utmost importance, which is why our school DREAMS values are of vital importance to us and these permeate all areas of the curriculum, including our dedicated Personal Development time which takes place each week for every Year group.
This is a happy, nurturing school where all children are challenged to have a go, make mistakes and learn from them in a positive way. We believe that this experience enables all children to go on to fulfil their potential.
