Heads of Year

Each year group is led by a dedicated Head of Year who takes the time to genuinely understand and connect with the students. Our small year groups enable the Heads of Year to know each student exceptionally well and gain insight into the individual needs, strengths, and challenges of each student within their respective year group. This personalised approach allows the Head of Year to provide tailored support, guidance, and encouragement, creating a supportive environment that contributes to the overall wellbeing and academic success of the students.
